According to the income tax law in Qatar, companies doing business shall submit to the Public Revenues and Taxes Department in the Ministry of Finance, an application for a tax card within 30 days from the commencement of their activities or commercial registration receipt in Qatar. Along with that they also need to pay due tax within four months from the end of the accounting period. and/or file income tax declarations along with audited financial statements.
